Best Buy at 9131 West Stockton Boulevard, Elk Grove, California.

We have gotten nothing but excellent service from Best Buy. We previously bought a big screen TV, and later returned and purchased a Laptop from there. During the times of those separate purchases, we got the best buy and excellent service. I bought a camera online and took it there and got excellent service (no charge). To put the icing on the cake, I have an all-in-one desktop that I purchased from Office Depot (OD), and recently I got the blue-screen-of-death. So I called the IT guy at OD, and he quoted me a reasonable price over the phone, but when I got there he quoted me a different price - which was outrageous. I left there and went to the Geek squad at Best Buy and the guy came out to my car and grabbed my computer, took it inside, assessed the situation and the price for service turned out to be much lower than Office Depot. With the lower price, it included an upgrade for windows. Sweet deals and excellent service at Best Buy - always!
