Carl's Jr. at 8140 Sheldon Road, Elk Grove, California.

Never again will I go to this Carl's Jr and here's a list of reasons why:

1) Ordered from inside the restaurant and it was a 10 minute wait. Honestly, why do people inside get treated like 2nd class citizens at this place

2) Got home and I thought the onion rings that I ordered were in the bag. Nope. This is the THIRD time I have gotten shortchanged on a order. It has to stop

3) Ordered fried zucchini . It was inedible. It was OVER COOKED. SAME went for the criss cut fries I ordered

4) Superstar with cheese had WAY too much mayo on it.

5) Sprite that I had was off.. not enough syrup in the machine

All the while these idiots are laughing and talking in Spanish to each other. I called the complaint # on this place and I was offered coupons for my trouble. Are coupons going to fix the $32.00 that I LOST by eating there? NO. Oh and after all this.. was still hungry so I went to Burger King and they at least GAVE me what I ordered and EVERYTHING was right! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WORST CARLS JR AROUND SAC/ELK GROVE!
