Orchard Supply Hardware at 7431 Laguna Boulevard, Elk Grove, California.

Went in to osh to get my patio screen rescreen, took them over a week to get it back. (IT WAS NEVER DONE AS PROMISED)This store is lack of communication, everyone is not on the same page here. I spoke to manager about complaint, seems like he didn't care. Took my screen elsewhere (Southgate glass & screen), way cheaper then osh and got it back in 2 days top. Remember this phrase: " WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS" It's all about the Good customer service that drives customer to your store. Will be shopping at local hd instead for now on.
